Ingredients
- organic meadowsweet
- organic lemon balm
- organic Ashwagandha
- organic ginger
- organic turmeric
- organic mullein
- organic oat straw
Suggested Brewing:
You may rebrew the same serving 2-3 times.
Quick brew:
add 1 TBS to either a tea bag, ball infuser, mug, or mason jar and cover with hot, just-boiled water. Let the herbs steep for 10-15 minutes, strain if needed, and enjoy.
Stronger Brew Options:
OPTION 1: add 1 TBS of tea to one cup of boiling water on the stove. Cover, lower heat, and gently simmer for 15 minutes. Strain and enjoy as is or sweeten with honey.
OPTION 2: add 1 TBS of tea to a mason jar, cover with just boiled water, put lid on, and let steep in fridge overnight. Enjoy cold or room temperature the next day.
